Captain’s Noon Reports – Explorer – 2023-11-22

Hello everyone, NEX at anchor in San Benedicto, diving the Boiler, 120 ft depth, 2.5 shots paid out, Northerly wind 10 kts, and 3-5 ft seas.

We finished our day yesterday in Roca Partida all the dives were really good. When we completed our last dive, heaved up anchor, and started to make way, we arrived here at 0200. Diving ops. started at 0700, we have done 3 dives. During dives 1 and 2 lots of mantas and dolphins, hammerheads, huge Galapagos sharks, white tips, and one tiger shark in the distance. All this with the usual fish of the site. The water temperature is 28 Celsius and viz 25 meters, all divers are doing good.

We have one more dive here and then cheese and wine during cocktail hour. We will heave up anchor at 2300 and start our way back to Cabo. All guests are having a good time, Boiler has been good with us and we are wrapping up and ending the trip on a very good note.
