Captain’s Noon Reports – Explorer – 2023-11-29

Good afternoon, everyone, NEX heading up anchor, and we will start to make our way to the Navy Base for inspection.

Today we dove at Punta Tosca. We did 3 beautiful dives, mantas, hammerheads, white tips, a few hammerheads, lots of parrot fish, and sting rays. The dive site was full of life, all guests were super happy.

Weather conditions are ok, NE wind 15 kts, and 2-4 ft seas inside the bay, visibility was good, 20-25 meters and no current during the dives, water temperature was 28 Celsius.

The plan for the Explorer is to anchor in Cabo Pearce after Navy inspection and dive there tomorrow.
