Captainโ€™s Noon Reports โ€“ Explorer โ€“ 2023-12-14

Good afternoon, everyone, NEX anchored in Punta Tosca, cloudy skies, windy day, wind is blowing from NE 15 KTS, and seas are 2-3 ft inside the bay and 3-5 ft outside the finger.

We arrived here early in the morning and so far, we have done 2 dives and number 3 is going on at this moment. Both dives were spectacular, with lots of mantas, I did count myself from the surface 8 and our divers spent time with them underwater. Hammerheads were there, Galapagos sharks, and some baby white tips. lobsters, octopus, and a huge school of tuna fish hunting.

All guests are happy, let us see what Mother Ocean provides in the 3rd dive. Once our divers return to the boat, we will heave up anchor and will go to Cabo Pearce but we will stop by the Navy for inspection. Dive conditions today are good, water temperature is 27 Celsius and Viz 20 meters.
