Captain’s Noon Reports – Under Sea – 2024-01-09

Good afternoon everyone, NUS is anchored in Cabo Pearce, 100 ft depth, 2.5 shots paid out, NNE wind 15 kts, calm seas inside the bay, and 2-4 ft seas outside the wall.

We finished our diving ops for today, they were excellent dives, mantas, dolphins, and a school of hammerheads during dives 2 and 3, they were more than 70 individuals. Guests are supper happy.

Dive number 4 was kind of slow but we got to see many white tips, a small Galapagos, and 2 animals that pretty much looked like lobsters but they are not, I never seen them before, I’ll ask for a picture to identify.

Cabo Pearce gave us a great day and we ended the trip in a good note. We will have dinner at anchor and will heave up anchor around 2300 and head back to Cabo.
