Captainโ€™s Noon Reports โ€“ Belle Amie โ€“ 2024-01-16

Belle Amie is at Cabo Pearce today. Wind from the NNE 10-15kts, 2′ chop, mostly clear skies, air temp 28C.

3rd dive at Tosca yesterday was another great dive with lots of manta lovin’ for the entire dive. All guests got their fill of manta interaction. Did navy inspection by radio on the way to Cabo Pearce and spent the night anchored here last night.

Two dives done here so far. First one was very quiet, no big animals, but guests enjoyed the mild current and the reef. 2nd dive it went off! 4 playful mantas around for the entire dive for all groups and a huge school of hammerheads, at least 100 for a couple of the groups. Current picked up a little as well. Jumping in for dive 3 now. Current is moderate to the south, water temp 26C, viz around 20m. Planning two more dives here this afternoon then heading to Roca tonight.
