NUS Anchored at 18°46.4N-111°02.5W in 110ft of depth, Punta Tosca, Socorro Island. This morning the sky was clear, and it seemed like a sunny day with a breeze of 5 knots from the North, now the wind has increased to 15 knots and the sky is now partly cloudy, air temperature 74°F.

This morning two dives were made with visibility of 60ft in both dives and with a strong current to the west in the first dive.

For the second dive without current, the divers saw 3 manta rays, two black and a chevron and reef fish. Possibly just one more dive and we will do the Navy Inspection in the afternoon.

Plan for tomorrow Cape Pearce. Yesterday afternoon’s dives at Roca Partida were very quiet. We are alone in Punta Tosca.
