Captain’s Noon Reports – Belle Amie – 2024-01-25

Belle Amie anchored at Cabo Pearce today along with Valentina and Southern Sport. Wind is northerly 10-15kts with 2-3′ chop around the point, sky is clear today, air temp 23C this morning but warmed up to around 28C now.

We had a great 3rd dive at Tosca yesterday afternoon with more great manta loving. Punta Tosca this season is starting to give us a taste of how it was back in the day and now all our new dive guides don’t think I’m just a senile old man talking about the good ole’ days of Tosca.

Diving today at Cabo Pearce is excellent, keeps delivering these last few trips. Several friendly mantas around and on dive 2 most people got to see the BIG school of hammerheads cruising by the wall. Very excited divers in the inflatables after, including one young lady who shed a few happy tears after seeing the wall of hammies cruise by.

Water temp today 25C and viz around 15 ft. Heading to San Ben the canyon for our last day tomorrow.
