Captain’s Noon Reports – Explorer – 2024-01-26

Good afternoon,

NEX at anchor in Punta Tosca, WX: 12 KTS, Swell 5 ft WNW, Clear sky, sunny day. Today´s underwater conditions: Vis. 12m, Current: east to west medium, temp. 25°C.

Yesterday afternoon´s dives were also great (2nd was the best) but 3rd & fourth were good too, Mantas, Galapagos, hammerheads.

Today’s dives: First dive very slow, illumination under the water, not so good visibility, only two mantas (1 chevron and 1 black) not all the guest saw them. Second dive was much better, all diver saw at least 6 dolphins and two mantas, chevron.
