Today was Day 3 of diving in Socorro, and it did not disappoint. Manta Madness on all 4 dives, and a special visit from an all-Black Manta. Schooling Hammerheads surrounded us at Cabo Pearce as far as the eye could see. The highlight was on my second dive. As I came up on my 2nd dive, I heard the sweet song of a whale so close that I thought she was on top of me. As I finished my safety stop, I spotted her, and I broke the surface right as she did. I will never forget seeing my first Humpback underwater. Every day has been more exciting than the next. I wonder what we will see in the next two days of diving. Thanks to the amazing crew for the trip of a lifetime.
