Captain’s Noon Reports – Under Sea – 2024-02-01

NUS Anchor at 18°46.3N-110°54.3W in 100 ft depth, Cabo Pearce, Socorro Island, sky is clear, air temperature 78°F. This morning two dives were done with Vis 80ft, water temperature 78 °F and moderate current to the north.

On the first dive, and for the second dive without current, the divers saw at least 4 manta rays at the same time, 2 chevrons and two black, a large school of hammerhead sharks, 1 dusky shark and many reef fish. Guests happy, everyone dived today.
