The last dive today in Cabo Pearce was very interesting. We spent about 20 minutes with 2 mantas getting cleaned by Clarion angels.
As beautiful as always, especially with the low light and sun rays piercing through the water. The rest of the dive was also great as there were plenty of jacks, white tip reef sharks, creole fish and so on.
We then ascended and the current pushed away from the dive site. The safety stop was almost over when the biggest ball I have ever seen of steel pompanos swarmed onto us and we were suddenly all surrounded we could barely see one another!
It lasted a couple of very hectic minutes and finally they were gone, chased by a hungry silky shark.
