19.17.757N โ€“ 110.48.551 anchored in 60Ft of water, weather is okay at the Canyon however outside the little bay the wind is strong and from here we can see the white caps.

Inside the little bay wind is light maybe 4 kts but at times it gusts to 14 plus knots, today air temperature is 72F cloudy skies again, with the wind. Sometimes we are able to see some blue but it does not last long and the same wind brings the clouds back.

Down in the water the diving is good, strong current running to the west in first dive then it stopped for second dive, water temperature is 75F, visibility averages 75Ft.

Just before the dive briefing this morning two humpback whales came in close to the boat they spent some time on the surface and everyone got excited and wanted to get in the water the soonest as the whales were close to the dive site,

Canyon is delivering today some really good dives, loads of sharks at the cleaning station, mantas, a dolphin showed up. Loads of fish and guests are happy to be here.

Downside of this weather is that four boats are diving the same place we are third in line and only able to make three dives today, weather is harsh on the other side of san benedicto so none of us dare to go outside here and risk. Anyways diving is good and guests are loving it.

Yesterday on our third dive in Punta Tosca a pod of 16 or more dolphins came to play with guests that made the whole day, it was our dolphin day as they saw them in first and third dive. Navy inspection was done with no issues.
