Another ultimate whale trip that brought a big, very welcome, surprise from the Sea of Cortez! The largest pod of bottlenose dolphins I have ever witnessed! We estimated at least 100, maybe 200 (to be clear the largest pod of any kind of dolphin I have seen). A real highlight for everyone as not only did they show up in such great numbers by they were surrounding the boat in every direction, surfing and jumping in the waves of the Gallant Lady and of course bow riding! Super playful with us so we had to do several turns around and around to play in return! The day ended with a beautiful sunset at Isla San Francisco with snacks , nearly stolen by the local guys and drinks enjoyed after a successful kayaking session with the most lovely group of people! Dream job!!!
