Captain’s Noon Reports – Gallant Lady – 2024-02-26

NGL departing Danzante for Agua Verde. Beautiful day today, light wind all morning with calm seas, sunny this morning but mostly cloudy now. Air temp 26C today, 19C last night.

Had a smooth, uneventful ride up from La Paz last night. We boarded the guests in Pichilingue because the Westerly did not have time to get up to Los Isolates due to their turn to get in to see the whale sharks at Mogote.

This morning, they did the tour here in Loreto and it was a success, 3 or 4 different Blue Whales, with one coming up a lot very near the panga. Also, one Fin whale. Now we will do some whale watching south of the park near Agua Verde followed by some beach/water activities and remain anchored at Agua Verde for the night. Tomorrow morning running towards San Francisco.
