Captain’s Noon Reports – Explorer – 2024-04-02

NEX at anchor in Roca Partida, WX: wind 12 kts, sea 7 ft, cloudy. Underwater current: Visibility 16m, Temp. 23°C, moderate current.

The first dive today was the best of these two days in Roca, White tips, silver tips, school of yellowfin tunas, school of jacks, big school of bonitos with silkies on the middle.

Second dive was quieter and the current increased considerably, just white tips and silver tips. Not all the divers went to the first two dives, and nobody is going for the third one.

The meteorological conditions are increasing, the guests expressed they prefer to go to a more quiet place, we are picking up the anchor and then heading to Socorro island.
