Captain’s Noon Reports – Explorer – 2024-04-10

NEX at anchor in Cabo Pearce, WX: Wind 5-6 kts from the north, waves: 2´/ N, partially cloudy, Underwater conditions, Temp. 23°C, Vis. 15m, almost no current,

Animals this morning: Dolphins, 1 hammerhead, 2 Mantas (all the groups saw them, they were around on the whole dive), school of bonitos, Silvertips. It is the best dive for the guests until today, they are happy.

We have a tight schedule due too many boats are on the area (5), and only possible 3 dives for today.

Yesterday in the afternoon, they saw 2 mantas, the current was moderate to SW, 12m visibility, and the temperature was 22°C.
