Captain’s Noon Reports – Belle Amie – 2024-05-07

19.19.262N – 110.48.574W, anchor resting in 50Ft of water, we are at the Boiler we came here for the two afternoon dives.

This morning, we did two dives in the Canyon both really good dives, dolphin the entire dive in the first dive, a cleaning station full of sharks, and a manta cruised by. The second dive had more dolphins, a manta, and more sharks.

The downside was the visibility first dive had 30 Ft visibility and the second dive was like getting in a glass of milk they say so here we are to see if Boiler has any difference.

The wind is doing 8kts NW, in Boiler, waves are 6 to 8 Ft so we are sheltered inside the little cove north of Boiler., the water temperature was 75F, no current, and cloudy skies.

Yesterday at Cabo Pearce guests had an amazing interaction with a manta in the third dive, manta stayed with the diver the whole dive.
