Captainโ€™s Noon Reports โ€“ Explorer โ€“ 2024-11-22

NEX at anchor at the Boiler, San Benedicto Island on 115 ft depth. 3 Shots out. Weather, Light wind NW 5 kts, 3 ft NW swell. Clear sky. Air temp 26 C.

Arrived last night at the Boiler around 2130 hrs and dropped anchor. We had a good and calm night at anchor. There was no any other boat on our arrival. This morning Adventure (Sun Rider) Arrived at the Boiler.

We had 2 amazing morning dives here, minimum 4 mantas at same time, but Pascal said they were at least 8 different mantas in one dive, some of them getting closer of some divers. They saw one hammerhead ad few Galapagos, a school of bonitos and lot of reef fishes.

Water temp was 25 C on both dives and viz was good around 20 mts. Very light current from North to South. All guests are really happy and excited as they were waiting for this. They looking forward for the next 2 afternoon dives.

Tonight we will have Taco night and we will depart to Roca Partida after dinner.
