NEX at anchor at Roca Partida 245 ft depth 4 shots out. Weather: 12-15 kts NNE wind, 2-4 ft seas. Clear sky. Air temp 22 C. Sharing the site with NUS and Adventure.

Yesterday afternoon at the Boiler, we had great dives as in the morning, mantas all the dives, divers got a lot of pictures and videos of the mantas, they were super happy. We departed after dinner to Roca Partida.

This morning when we arrived, Adventure was already here. We have done two dives so far and one more to go as we are 3 boats.

First dive was great 5 mantas around the rock lot of reef fish, some sharks, and the local whitetip reef sharks and big lobsters. We have seen a few humpback whales around but kind of far from the rock, they were breaching.

Just before the second dive we saw a couple of them like 100 mts from the rock. We didn’t have luck to see them underwater. Second dive was good as the first one Mantas, sharks, reef fishes, a school of jacks and some big tunas.

Water conditions are great, temp 23C, Great viz 25m and no current. On surface seas started to increase, whitecaps. We will do one more dive here and then we will depart to Cabo Pearce after the last dive as is forecasted to be windy this evening and the next days.
