Our trip to Socorro on the Belle Amie was the highlight of my diving experiences. I travel the world looking for interesting adventures and this one really fit the bill. The boat is beautiful and spacious, with excellent staff and delicious food. But the real star of the show is the BIG pelagic fish. Wow, this was an awe inspiring experience, only made better by the amazing staff.
Hammerhead sharks, silky sharks, white tips, Galapagos sharks and more… The giant mantas will take your breath away. So playful and curious. The crew were so helpful and always available to answer questions. And super nice to the newer divers. The Captain really made a big effort to ensure the dive days are as fruitful as possible, often changing the itinerary as the conditions change.
Big shout out to Marlene and Chris, who made everything go smoothly, with big smiles and laughter. And well, the Guides are amazing. Big shout out to Xavier, Mario, Juan and all the amazing professionals on the Belle Amie. We made lots of new friends and are already planning our next trip, perhaps to Cocos Island in Costa Rica with Nautilus Dive Adventures!
