Captain’s Noon Reports – Under Sea – 2025-06-06

Anchored in 50Ft of water two shots paid out. Wind is doing 10kts NW ocean is flat in this side of the island, cloudy skies.

We are at the Canyon; in check dive we had strong current running to the east and in the second dive current shifted and now is going to the west.

In first dives said they could see 100 plus feet in second dive with a different current they say visibility went down to 30 feet, still the marine life is there.

So far they have seen mantas, a lot of different sharks like the silver tips, Galapagos, silkies and the white tips.

Air temperature and ocean are the same 72F.

Guests are happy to be here, some of them are struggling with weight and skill our guides are doing a great job at helping and keeping guests safe, some of them carrying tons of weights, some only had 6 dives when they came here others have been out of the water for long long time.

I been watching the weather and how is developing and changing, keeping fingers crossed as tight as possible.
