Captain’s Noon Reports – Under Sea – 2025-11-25

Anchored at the Canyon, anchor resting in 55ft of water, is a beautiful day out, skies with blues and whites, wind is doing 10kts NW, here the surge is 4Ft with a very long period.

This morning, we did THE BOILER, despite the low 40Ft visibility diving was amazing loads of mantas and in first dive two of the groups had some very nice interaction with the dolphins, they all were happy.

In fact Nadine, Thierry´s wife didn’t want to dive anymore to stay with her husband on the boat but after hearing all the guests talk about how nice the dive was, she decided to go. Back on the boat she was pretty emotional cause she wanted to have that dive with the husband.

In the early morning hours Boiler had strong winds and the surge was immense I am guessing more than 12Ft NW, the shoreline looks all white because the surge breaking along the coast line.

I decided to bring the boat around to the Canyon to have an easy afternoon for the guests they were all struggling to get in and out of the skiffs, we did keep things safe and helping all the way.

Water temperature is 82 degrees, today air is 84F. current was strong in first dive and running to the north then it stopped.

Guests and crew doing well.
