Captain’s Noon Reports – Explorer – 2026-01-09

NEX in Cabo Pearce at anchor with 3 shoots out, we have good weather conditions inside the bay but regular outside the bay wind blowing from N 12-14 kts, sea state 3-4 ft. sunny day with some clouds, air temp. 24 C. 

In the first dive was good, conditions into the water visibility 18-20 mtrs, temp. 24 Celsius, with a little current from south to north, our guest saw two mantas, some dolphin passing by, white tips, silver tips, some hammerhead sharks passing by, a lot of jacks. 

The second dive condition into the water visibility 18-20 mtrs, temp 25 Celsius, strong current from south to north they saw two mantas, dolphins, big school of hammerheads and many reef fish. 

Yesterday our last dive in El Cañon was good our guests saw mantas, hammerheads, Galapagos, silver tips, with good visibility. 

After dinner we’ll go to Punta Tosca.
