Good day everyone! NBA reporting at anchor at the southside of San Benedicto Island “Fondeadero” with 1.5 shots in the water from portside anchor in 50ft depth.
We arrived at the dive site this morning around 0600 hrs and started our dive day at 0800 hrs, there are 2 other boats sharing the dive site with us “Rocio del Mar” and NUS.
During the check dive most of our divers had a good performance but a few of them were struggling with their buoyancy, after the dive was done, we made a small group of 4 divers to make a second check dive to make sure they feel conformable with everything before continuing with their dives.
All went good with it and our guests appreciated it a lot, they are overweighted but they don’t want to take the weights off, we will help them with it during the next dives, there are a lot of lack of experience with some divers but we will handle it in the best way possible.
During the second dive at Cañon our divers saw lot of marine life, Mantas, silvertips, white tips, hammerheads, and lots of reef fish, the divers had a better performance than the check dive and they seem happy to be here.
We will move to Boiler after the last dive to make our dive day tomorrow there.
