Captain’s Noon Reports – Under Sea – 2026-03-17

Weather: Blue skies, sunny day, amazing day to be out here. Wind is 4kts NW, long 3Ft NW swell, boat sitting stable on the surface. No current, visibility is 60Ft, water and air temperature are the same 76F.

In the first dive they were able to interact with dolphins, only a couple of the divers missed them but in second dive they were able to see them, the mantas are here in big number.

From the skiff I could see them parading one after the other a total of five however they say they saw six total at the same time two of the groups did not move from the place they dropped in, no need the action was coming to them.

The only sad thing was according to Nicolas our guide to see this mantas with the cephalic fins all messed up probably by a fishing net or some.

Apart from all of these the white tip sharks were present, along with couple pf Galapagos sharks and two hammerheads, the school of horse eyed jacks was in the south side of the pinnacle.

Guests and crew doing well
