Hello everyone; yesterday, the afternoon dives were even more popular than the morning ones. The sharks congregated at the cleaning station, including hammerheads, some very large Galapagos sharks, silvertip sharks, and a couple of mantas that were present during all the divers’ safety stops.
Later, the guests thoroughly enjoyed the street taco night. After dinner, we began sailing towards Cabo Pearce. The trip was calm, and we arrived at midnight and anchored.
Today’s dives were beautiful. There’s a slight current, but not very strong. The guests encountered a curious hammerhead shark swimming back and forth. Then, they saw five chevron and black manta rays interacting with the Clarion fish during their cleaning. They also saw approximately 15 very playful dolphins.
Groups 2 and 3 were able to see a humpback whale during the second dive, in the distance but it could be appreciated. We have two more dives planned for this afternoon, and then we’ll head to Punta Tosca.
Crew and guests doing fine.
