This is my third trip to Socorro and it did not disappoint. There is a magic to this place unlike anywhere else. The mantas and dolphins don’t just zoom by – they stop to interact with divers. The variety of sea life is overwhelming. Whether you are looking for big animals or small, you will find them here. We saw at least five different kinds of sharks, rays (including an electric ray), eels, octopus, and so many fish. And I finally saw a whale shark! It was hard to leave the water at the end of each dive.
The Nautilus crew was great and they worked so hard to make sure we all got the most out of the trip. All I can say is that I will be back.
