Cabo Pearce –Dropped into the water from the skiff near the wall of an old lava flow. Looked from 40’ to see a huge turtle swimming over us – pretty good way to start the first dive of the day! Then giant mantas – one swam right over my head. Super cool first time experience. Videos are incredible, but they don’t capture the reality of seeing it in person. Next – a small hammerhead, followed by a much larger one. It was great to see their faces up close. I would have stayed and watched longer, but got excited and used my air… Looking forward to the rest of the trip! Thanks Jessie!
