Location: Punta Pescaderos
We’ve just anchored up at Punta Pescaderos for three dives following our morning snorkel with the whale sharks at Bahia Los Angeles. Yesterday we completed two more great dives at San Pedro Martin with extremely playful sea lions on each. The final dive had 20 or more playful juveniles interacting with the dive group.
Arrival to anchor at Bahia at 0700. Absolutely perfect conditions. Pangas took guests out for the snorkel just after 0900. Within 10 minutes multiple sharks had been spotted just off the beach and all snorkelers were in the water by 0945. Over the next 2.5 hours al least 9 sharks were sighted ranging from a 2-3m long baby to a 15m adult male. We had them to ourselves for the first hour out.
