This place is full of life!

Today we dove at the Thetis sea mount witch is located about 20 miles offshore from Magdalena bay. Started the descent on the blue water with the fantastic feeling knowing that we are diving offshore in the middle of the pacific ocean. Eventually, we got to see the top of the seamount which sits at 112ft, and we hanged out there for as long as our bottom time permitted. This place is full of life, huge bat rays flying over us, hundreds of yellowtails, big broom tail groupers, skipjacks, tunas, a sea lion, the biggest school of barracudas ever, sea turtle. But the most amazing thing is to know that we are diving a spot that has been seen by very few divers if any ever, wilderness exploration at its best.
