“If I have seen further, it is by standing on the shoulders of giants.” That famous quote from Isaac Newton rolled through my mind as my vision shifted from the magnificent hammerhead shark rolling past me to my divemaster and guide.
It was only the hard work of the crew that made my experience possible, upon their broad shoulders I stood regarding the improbably beautiful images of mantas, dolphins, hammerheads, silky and countless other species the simple sweat of the crew made it possible for me to see. While the wonders of the ocean create an awareness of the vastness of life, remember that it is the effort of the crew that makes it possible. Many thanks to them all for working so hard so we can have so much fun.
