Captain’s Noon Reports – Belle Amie – 2022-05-02

Location: The Canyon

Weather: Clear Skies, NW Wind (8-10kts), Swell (2-3ft)

Today we made our dive check at the Fondeadero, was a really nice dive for some of the divers, they saw some silvertips and a manta great for a checkout dive, and one of the groups was very lucky with a tiger shark therefore all of them just came out of the water excited, the first dive was cloudy no current, good weather conditions and all divers checked their equipment for the next dives, the second dive was better with a big Galapagos, some others silvertips, two big mantas, a pod of six dolphins and one of the groups in their last 15 minutes of diving they just saw a school of 30 hammerheads, no current, everything is running well with dives and with guests, plan to do 2 more dives at The Canyon, have the taco night anchored here and after the dinner go to The Boiler for tomorrow dives.
