We spend the day at one of my favorite places to dive called Las Animas. Again it was confirmed why I like this place so much. We did two amazing dives. Especially the second dive was amazing. We went down close to the Sea Lion colony, I think I can dive with these wonderful animals every day and never get bored of it. They are so amazing especially when they are interactive. So much fun when they start playing with the diver’s bubbles. All the guests had a personal moment with a Sea Lion. This was great, however, the best part of the dive was that we found a sea horse! So cool to see one.
After the dives, we picked up anchor and when we were on our way to the next anchorage we spotted a big pod of bottlenose dolphins. What was amazing about this encounter was that there were just playing in one spot. We went over with the inflatables and we went snorkeling with them. This time the dolphins seemed to be pleased with the presence of the snorkelers and stayed around for more than an hour and a half. Swimming right next to us.
The guest came back ecstatic.
