My name is (chef) Julio. I would like to share a little bit about my experience with Nautilus. I am a chef with an extensive experience in the kitchen. I have been on board on the Nautilus fleet for the last seven years. This has been a great pleasure. I have been able to work four seasons in Guadalupe, seven Seasons in Socorro. Also I have been on a lot of trips to the Sea of Cortez and I can say that I love what I do. Because I can combine two wonderful things, to cook and and admire the wildlife. I am passionate to be able to get to know new people every trip and cook for them.
I appreciate all the hard hard work that all the crew members put in to making every trip memorable.
