We descended and was holding onto the rocks when a shadow appeared above from the blue. A giant manta came to greet us! As we thought he (photo identified gender) was leaving, it circled back around and brought a friend with him as they criss crossed pass each other. Just as we thought this action packed adventure was at a completion, out came a black manta after to greet and say hi! Velvety and gliding along, the view within the current was fantastic. Socorro is full of surprises, and it only shows that diving is the best way to experience it. Every dive is an adventure, and everyone just has to experience it to understand 🙂
