Diving with great white sharks wasn’t something that was even on my radar; honestly the thought of it was terrifying. My boyfriend however, had this at the top of his bucket list as a way to conquer his fear of sharks and the ocean, so I decided this would be an amazing Christmas present for him. I never expected it to be a gift for me too.
Read MoreNot only did we see great white sharks everyday (to a point when I closed my eyes all I saw was sharks) but the number of sharks we saw made my neck hurt looking left, right, left, right.. I got dizzy! The water was chilly, but the crew offered hot cocoa after each dive, access to hot showers and fresh towels to warm us up.

The great white sharks were amazingly interactive on this trip. We saw a lot of full breaches, a lot of bursts to the bait but also a lot of cautious approaches to the cages to observe the divers. A huge range of different behavior, giving the guests a completely new perspective of sharks and a new understanding.
