A very large female is very interested in our operation. About half of our group got the chance to see her from the surface cages before we even got to the submersible schedule times. Well worth the wait is what I’m hearing.

Our day has been pretty good, so far we had fair shark action, all of our guests were very happy with this, so far we have seen five different individuals, one of them was a huge female, diving conditions are good.

Yesterday afternoon left everybody very shark satisfied. We had several large females circling below the cages all day, and in the mid-afternoon, until we closed the cages there were a few smaller animals passing regularly at the bait with the occasional near full breach by one of the larger ladies.

Everybody agrees it was a great first day. The surface seas continued at 3-4′ all day, but all divers and DMs did a great job getting into and out of the cages safely. Shark 101 given by Pascal was attended by all guests and well received.
