Socorro Redeemable Park Fee Program Guide

Updated April 13th, 2021

On January 1, 2021, the government of Mexico raised park fee charges at Socorro and Guadalupe Island from US$ 25 per year to $75 per day.

Socorro Island Departures

Our guests will all receive a credit equal to the amount of the park fees charged by the government which can be used for the purchase of  Nitrox, Rentals, Courses, Dayboat diving including Cabo Pulmo & Sea of Cortez, Onboard Satellite Phone Calls, and Future credit towards a Nautilus or Baja Expeditions trip. Terms and conditions apply* (credits are accessible three days prior to the trip).

Also available at SeeCreatures up until the ship sails: Mares dive gear, Nautilus LifeLine, Gift shop purchases.

Read our Redeemable Park Fee Program Guide to find a way to check your available credit.

*Credits are non-transferable. If you would like to use the credit for future trip, please talk to us. The trip must be taken within one year of the original trip and if the booking gets moved or canceled the credit is void.

Guadalupe White Shark Departures

The government park fee of US$ 225 is unfortunately in effect on all Guadalupe trips. To help mitigate this expense, we are waiving the $65 port fee on all departures.
