Captain’s Noon Reports – UnderSea – 2022-01-17

Location: The Canyon

Weather: Clear Skies, NE Wind (7-10kts), NE Swell (1-3ft)

Diving at the Canyon. We had our warm-up dive close to the Fondeadero area, as a first dive was amazing, guests had mantas, tiger sharks, hammerheads, and so they did have for the second dive also. At the end of the second dive, two marlins and one wahoo were passing by. All the guests are having a good experience since the beginning of the dive day. One of our guests has 3 years without diving, so Ronald is helping him to be confident again by diving with him between dives and going with him little by little. For the first dive, we had current going to the west and for the second going to the north. We will be staying here the rest of the day to have a nice dinner and will move to the boiler tomorrow morning.

Water temperature: 79°F

Visibility: 100ft+
