Captain’s Noon Reports – Explorer – 2022-05-18

Location: Roca Partida

Weather: Overcast Skies, NNW Wind (6-8kts), Calm Seas

Yesterday we did the Boiler for our last dives, great conditions and dive action, in our last two dives our guests could see four or six bottle nose dolphins, silver tips, some Galapagos a few spread hammerheads, one big tiger shark and a couple of mantas.

Today we are in roca partida, first dive with a lots of life, great visibility, strong current to the SW, big schools of yellow fin big and small tunas, lots of jacks, silkys, silvertips, Galapagos, and at least four or five mantas, two black mantas and one chevron. Second dive almost same conditions, medium current to the NW, great dive with too, chevron and black mantas, one mobula, a few hammerheads, silvertips, Galapagos, white tips huge lobsters, lots of jacks and yellow fin tunas and bonitos.

Visibility: 130ft
