Captain’s Noon Reports – Explorer – 2022-06-15

Location: Roca Partida

Weather: Cloudy Skies, NW Wind (8kts), Calm Seas

Today we are at Roca Partida, on the surface you can see the current running to the east, hitting the rock and splits, they say is a strong current, underwater life is pretty nice loads and loads of sharks, north side of the rock in about 45Ft the sharks are just gliding in the current, many silver tips, Galapagos, white tips and some silky sharks, some of the silver tips look pregnant, on the second dive they saw a huge school of hammerhead sharks, some saw them down deep but other reports they saw them in 50Ft of water, on the west side, the jacks and tunas are playing with the current, the rock is full of life, guests are loving it.
