This is my first liveaboard after Socorro (Mexico) last February, and so far I’m pleasantly surprised. Socorro was amazing, next level diving but cold and a long boat-trip. The water this trip was so warm. I only dove in a rash-guard suit. Then the Action underwater did not let us down, sea lions (especially pups) almost every dive coming to say hi and giving us little acrobatic shows.
There were barracudas everywhere, and they were with us for over 30 minutes they wouldn’t leave us alone! There was lots of Triggerfish underneath them nesting, and they were going crazy. Our first day of the trip on the Sea of Cortez was perfect. We saw big lobsters, lots of moray eels (some of them really big), lots of starfish of many colours and sizes. Especially we liked the rocks covered by colourful coral.Read More
