Captain’s Noon Report – Gallant Lady
Nice place to dive with a lot of fish, including angels and surgeon fish, but the best were hammerheads! A School of hammerheads in the distance but a few of them came close to check out our divers.

The dives went just fine with lots of fish including six bull sharks!

The clear waters, a kaleidoscope of schooling fish on the north point of the rock, with 6 different species of shark sighted, including a surprise whaleshark!!! Perhaps two. Multiple mantas doing their best to still get some attention.

Schools of barracudas, snappers, grunts, jacks, one zebra moray, one octopus and this dive the sea lions were super friendly and cooperative!

Last night we did a night dive and those who took the chance enjoyed it a lot. They saw moray eels hunting and a few cortes rays swimming above their heads!

Belle Amie – Our two dives thus far at Cabo Pearce have had multiple sightings of giant mantas and hammerhead sharks. Water is clear with 80′ vis or so and warm water temps in the 80s F.

Belle Amie – “Manta Madness” was the phrase of the morning, as multiple friendly rays hung with divers throughout both dives. We also saw a pair of bottlenose dolphins on dive two!
