They say that anything worth doing is worth doing right. Nautilus does it right. Super accommodating, helpful before you can even ask the question, experienced like they have been doing this for 24 years (and only one of them on this voyage has) all are top shelf. These folks are passionate about what they do, and how they do it. It shows in all they do and how they are. The ship is shipshape, shows some age, but in a comforting way like she’s been there before and wears it well. The reviews I read before departing raved as much about the food as the diving, and both are neck and neck! Hats off for the applause, may all captain and crew take a deep and well-deserved bow!

What a freakin’ trip! It’s the last day and we are making the long haul crossing back to Cabo. The Nautilus and its crew have out done themselves. I can’t believe the wildlife we saw: mantas on nearly every dive, hammerheads, schools of jack, and more whitetips than I know I’ll ever see again. My favorite? Being totally immersed in a school! Sometimes I think they accepted me as one of their own and shoot, it was cool. My second favorite? Greek night from the one and only Felipe. Damn that tzatziki was fine! It was really a pleasure diving the shark junction of the world, and even more of a pleasure doing it with such a fine crew.

Uma experiência única, imagine combinar o melhor de três viagens. Começando por Guadalupe com os tubarões brancos, ve-los pela primeira vez foi a realização de um sonho, grandes fêmeas passando na sua frente e acelerando para pegar a isca é uma das imagens que ficarão gravadas em minhas memórias para sempre.
Quando a viagem começa a esquentar você recebe o convite para mergulhar com os mais graciosos leões marinhos, fêmeas, filhotes e o grande macho alfa que as vezes vem mostrar que está no controle da situação.
Por fim, chegada a hora de cair nas aguas do arquipélago de Revillagigedo, aguas encantadas e protegidas, ao ver a primeira manta oceânica era como se fosse a primeira vez, um animal tao grande e gentil. Logo após lembro do Felipe apontando-nos um hammer head, e bem embaixo dele um grande cardume passando.
Após cada mergulho que vinha o trabalho duro, tomar um chocolate quente, comer, comer e comer. Vida bem difícil essa, com uma tripulação que fez o máximo para nos agradar e nos fazer sentir em casa, alias se em casa fosse assim, estaria no céu, risos.

Guadalupe foi algo incrível, poder estar bem perto do maior predador do oceano e de forma segura, tanto para nos mergulhadores e principalmente de forma segura para os animais. Estes que gentilmente nos permitem apreciar sua fascinante natureza.
Já havia visto leões marinhos antes, mas não com tanta interação e alegria, como são graciosos…
As mantas não tem como não se emocionar, é impressionante como conseguem nos tirar o fôlego, gigantes e gentis.
E o que eu tanto esperava aconteceu, poder estar embaixo dágua com os golfinhos, vendo-os brincando e se divertindo com nossa presença no habitat deles por livre e espontânea vontade. Não precisamos ir a aquários e parques aquáticos. A natureza esta ai em toda parte onde podemos observa-la sem maltrata-la.
