Captain’s Noon Reports – Explorer – 2021-12-08

Location: San Benedicto

Weather: Clear Skies, NW Wind (4-8kts), NW Swell

It is a beautiful day today, we started the first dive from the stern, 45 ft deep, a great start for the check dive, one manta and three hammerheads, some Galapagos close to Fondeadero. In this dive one black manta and one chevron manta appeared, a few Silvertips and Galapagos on the cleaning station, and one group could see a tiger shark.

Water temperature: 79°F

Visibility: 80-90ft+
