Yet another amazing day we had today. After having seen so many different kinds of animals on this trip I thought we would be running out of things to amaze our guests. I was wrong.
So far on this trip, we have seen: Orcas, mobulas, humpback whales, blue whales, fin whales, dolphins, and sea lions. But today in the last hours of daylight we went over to check on a “pod of dolphins” that our Mate Armando told us about. He spotted them from the Gallant Lady and we went over with the RHIB. Once we got there I looked at them and they were not dolphins, they were false killer whales.
So amazing to see them. We got in the water with them. One of them swam right underneath me. What a great experience. Wow…..
