Morning with Mobulas and Sperm Whales

On our first morning of this trip, we woke up by La Ventana bay in front of Cerralvo Island. Soon we spotted two fin whales and we were watching them from the flying bridge when suddenly we saw 5 to 10 different spouts! Our hearts started to beat faster when we saw those whales were sperm whales! A big pod of at least 20 individuals. Some adults, some young, and a few babies. It was incredible to see these whales from so close.

Later we spotted some mobulas (8-10 individuals) and got our guests to swim with them.

What an incredible morning!
