Another Memorable Dive in la Reina

When you start a dive in the Sea of Cortez and the visibility is not the best it is very probable you will have an amazing dive. Contrary to other diving destinations the sea of Cortez is a place where if the visibility is not great you can have a top-class dive. On this trip to La Reina, the water was so full of plankton and nutrients that the water was thick. There was a huge school of machetes and another of skip jacks together. It was great.

Breathtaking. To see the two schools of these species together. At one moment I thought there were three sharks getting clean in one of the outside pinnacles but there were the biggest three milk fishes I have ever seen. When we thought that the dive could not get better a Chevron Oceanic Manta Ray came to show us all its majesty. Another memorable dive in La Reina. Another example of how every season the Sea of Cortez is getting better!
