Read MoreLet me start. I own a dive shop in Cozumel, this is our first liveaboard organized with our clients. I have to tell you that I was worried about the service, more than all because I brought people who were very nervous about diving in this conditions. The service the we provide back home we call it “VALET DIVING” , basically we create the dive and choose the places so the client had the BEST experience ever. Well I have to tell you…..THEY MAKE THAT HAPPEN HERE!!!! from the most advance to the most beginners. At the end of each dive I approach to some of them randomly to ask how they feel, if everything was ok, and they only have AMAZING things to say about the crew. How helpful they were, how patient they were, how professional. I have been in several liveaboard this is for far the best on I have been in. CONGRATULATIONS you have a great staff. Is hard to say that one was better or more impress that other, but in my personal opinion ELY is really outstanding ( don’t take me wrong, all are really really really good). Like I told you before, I own a dive shop and having female divemaster had a special touch that is hard to describe. I don’t want to finish with out mention about the kitchen and dinning room people, THEY ARE OUT OF THIS WORLD, you have diamonds, don’t lose them and appreciate how lucky you are. THANK YOU ALL !!
