We started of this morning with help of a micro plane to spot whale shark. It took a good hour until the first big animal that the Pilot spotted was a grey whale instead. We still headed that direction and suddenly the grey whale got changed and we got a whaleshark instead so back to the original plan, We had headed quite a bit out of what use to be our normal whaleshark area , but for the better as the visibility was so much better here! With a depth of only 2-5 m and bright sun it was a very nice sight seeing a young male whaleshark accompanied with a school of yellow juvenile jacks was a beautiful sight. We arranged small groups of 6 at the time to get in to the water.
After our whaleshark session we headed straight to los islotes. On our way we came a cross a big pod of Common dolphins, maybe around 300 of them and did take a few turns around having them play around the bow of Nautilus.
The afternoon ended with a sardine run with big leopard groupers and golden tail snappers hunting in between even cormorants. The sea lion where most male and female playing around but for them who did a last dive we got the juvenile coming to us biting on our buts, arms, hands and dive gear. The visibility was low but the Islotes was boiling of life . We will try a new dive tomorrow morning, The sea has been like a mirror , it is so flat and the colour here in sea of Cortez in the morning and the evening is just so beautiful, and I have the privilege to live here. I sometimes forget how beautiful this feels!
Surface conditions . Flat sea Sunny and 28 C
Underwater conditions 21C At the whaleshark spot 15-20 m
At los Islotes 6-8m

Mogote Whalsharking Sea of Cortez.
Just excellent, it is beautiful here in the Sea of Cortez, I noticed that the dive in Los Islotes on shallow water I needed more weight! When diving with the sealions. So much of fish!
The best of today was snorkelling with the whale shark in clear water!
Whale shark!! Best of today!
Though it went fast so I just saw the fin of the whaleshark!
The whaleshark found a new buddy! A German slowly swimming aside it! -Jochen! Genau!
The dolphins where nice! A few hundred common dolphins made a few rounds around the Nautilus or was it us? It was Amazing ! Snorkeling side by side of the whaleshark two times in front of him with his big month. I got bitten in my butt by a sealion pup, and my fins, they got beautiful eyes! -Sigi
Beautiful day ! We got everything: whale shark, dolphins, sealions and a lot of other small things as well! And fish! -Walter
There is a lot of life here , the visibility was low though at Los Islotes! Hope it is better tomorrow like in La Reina.

Thanks , I have recently been looking for info about this topic for ages and yours is the best I’ve came upon till now. But, what concerning the bottom line? Are you sure in regards to the source?|What i do not understood is if truth be told how you are now not actually a lot more neatly-favored than you may be right now. You are very intelligent.
